• The engine mounts on your Volvo XC70 both support your Volvo’s engine and absorb engine vibrations.
• An exterior two piece metal case sandwiching a rubber mount bushing secure the engine firmly in the engine bay while hydraulic fluid inside the rubber mount bushing absorbs engine vibration caused by the rotational force of the crankshaft during engine combustion.
• Over time the rubber and the rubber mount bushing degrades and deteriorates, allowing the engine mount casing to collapse upon itself and the engine to sag.
• The Corteco 49387380 engine mount is an original equipment replacement left engine mount for 2011-2015 Volvo S60, 2008-2015 Volvo S80, 2015-2016 Volvo V60, 2008-2010 Volvo V70, and 2008-2016 Volvo XC70 as well as the recommended left engine mount for your Volvo XC70.
