At Brembo Shop, we are committed to getting your high-quality auto parts to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship globally (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas).
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50):
- Cost: Free
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our parts, just like we stand behind the safety of your vehicle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened, installed, or show any signs of use:
- Air Filters
- Brake Pads
- Any electrical components (e.g., Alternators, AC Compressors, Batteries, AC Condensers, Brake Calipers) that have been installed.
Note: This is based on our product menu and commitment to safety. Audi Parts and other items are subject to the same condition-based return policy.
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Include Documentation: Print and include the completed return form (see template below) along with your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as the return process. Clearly indicate on your return form that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement part you need.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes incurred during the return process are non-refundable.
