Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars. For international orders, currency conversion rates and bank fees may apply, and these are beyond our control.

We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened, installed, or show any signs of use:

• Air Filters
• Brake Pads
• Any electrical components (e.g., Alternators, AC Compressors, Batteries, AC Condensers, Brake Calipers) that have been installed

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included materials
3. Include the completed return form with your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

For international returns, return shipping costs and any customs fees or import taxes incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
